have you guys noticed? [those of you w/o subs?]
if you paid attention, on your profile under where it says "deviant for [however long you've been here]", it used to say "no subscription".

yesterday they changed it to "no premium membership".

and now today it says "needs premium membership".

seriously, what the fuck, deviantART.

way to rub it in- and, no, guys. i'm not complaining that i don't have a sub. i'm complaining about how desperate dA is sounding [or looking, i guess you could say]. and how they should know that some of us have no money to get one anyway.

not everyone needs a stupid sub. it'd be nice to have one, but no, i don't need one.

in other news... today i went to the mall with friends brooke and kyle. the plan for the car ride there was that i was going to bring my 2 msi cd's for all of us to listen to. unfortunately, i lost my cd case.
i quickly got over that and everything was fine.. for the time being. we went into hot topic, and i immediatley searched for an msi t-shirt. couldn't find one; so we decided we go back in after some lunch [which was delicious chinese food, by the way]. we go back in, and instead i decide to buy a frakken awesome harry potter poster. my food and the poster was all i bought and i was left with $2 and all the change in my wallet.

some time goes by after surprisingly meeting ~xXJoiNMeiNDeaTHXx, a friend from summer school, and my aunt vickie and cousin caroline. before we go, we go back to hot topic one more time to spend our last few bucks, and, staring at me in the face is, of course, a muse t-shirt that cost $20 [the amount of money i started out with]. all together we were only able to come up with $12, obviously not enough for the shirt [and they decided to play "city of delusion" not long after DDD<].

so i go home and take off the plastic and unroll the poster.... and it has bent white streaks going right down harry's face.

basically, instead of spending money on a shirt i wanted very badly, the one thing i did get was fucked up. plus, kyle's mom offered me money for lunch, which i declined. so $20 i could've spent on a shirt or at mechacon goes down the drain.

kyle and brooke got what they wanted. i got nothing. i guess god's trying to teach me something today- if anyone comes up with the moral of the story, please tell me, because i sure as hell can't figure it out. :icondoublefacepalmplz:
